Due to the recent Corona Virus- we are temporally changing our office hours. The week of April 20th we will be open
from 9:00am to 12:00 pm Monday and Wednesday and Friday for urgent care and emergencies. The door will be locked, so please call and we make you an appointment. If you need to, please fill out the request form fully and we will get back with you ASAP.
